As an online shopping store we just need customer’s delivery related information like mobile number address etc. to deliver the products.
Only Cash on delivery available,
We don’t accept advance payments.
We usually deliver the products within an hour.
From 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: sometime it can be late due to different reasons like, technical issues, weather conditions, stock outage etc.
But it’s our priority is to deliver the products as soon as possible.
The warranty period will start from the delivery of product.
If the product breaks or gets damaged due to customer mistake, we will not be responsible for any warranty claims
In case of the Product fault:
We accept the returns if you receive a wrong item, broken or non functional.
In case of Change of mind:
It’s universal policy that no one accept returns in customer change of mind…….but we give some relief to our customers and accept return with conditions,
1) Product must be in same new condition and not used by customer. Packaging of product must be in same condition, although moromarket.pk flyer packing doesn’t matter.
2) Product is able to return or not, decision will be taken by moromarket.pk and customer must be agree with it and not to force for return.
The customer can contact us regarding returns within 24 hours after the product is delivered. Late claims will not be considered.
As Moromarket.pk is a privately owned app, we maintain the right to terminate the account of any individual who attempts to breach our system through cheating or any form of misuse. We can delete the account without providing any explanation. There is also possibility of taking legal action if necessary.
